Resumes! Resumes! Resumes!
A quick notice to everyone who hasn’t already finished and maybe to those who have. Resume’s are due soon! Thats right, you need to have a completed resume enlisting everything you have done (jobs, school, etc.) up till now. It sounds hard, but it really isn’t. It just takes a little time and dedication to finish it.
So, for the people who have never written a resume, there are a few things to know before you start. You do not need to have a “real” job to have a resume. Extracurricular activities and internships (like the one you‘re currently in. *Hint Hint*) will work fine on an entry level resume to potential jobs. Not everyone has tons of work experience, but showing that you’ve done something and that you‘re trying to achieve more will make your resume look as good as any other professionally made version.
There are many resume formats (or templates) out there that are made for people like you, who may not know how to make it. Well, here are a few examples and I’ll give you a website as well. If you’re looking for anything above an Entry Level Template, well… you’re looking at the wrong blog.
P.S. If you have Microsoft Word, then it holds resume templates in the program.
